How to use bay leaf essential oil?

Add 2–3 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp. Do not use it for infants up to 2 years.

Pure bay leaf oil can irritate the skin, so always dilute it. No more than 5% of this oil can be added to massage oils or other body care products. Do not use it on wounded or irritated skin.

Bay leaf essential oil should not directly be added to bath as it may burn the skin (does not dissolve in water). First, mix 1 drop of this oil with 40-50 ml of a base (honey, milk, bath oil, shower gel, cream, bath salt, etc).
