Lemon zest essential oil:

  homemade cleaning products for various surfaces;
• Can help to firm the skin and get rid of cellulite.

How to use lemon zest essential oil?

Add 6-8 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp. During the night, this oil can disturb your sleep.

If you don’t have a diffuser, you can make a scented indoor spray. Add 50 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of water and put it in a dark bottle with a nozzle. Shake before using.

Clean your home with fragrance and without chemical products. Add 10 drops of lemon zest essential oil to a bucket of water, stir, and use a cloth dampened with water to clean a variety of surfaces and floors.

This oil should not be applied directly to the skin to prevent irritation. However, it can be added to your daily routine – liquid soaps, shampoos, creams, etc. It can be also mixed with massage oil. Up to 20 drops of lemon zest essential oil can be added to 200 ml of base. 

During the cold season, apply this essential oil to the shoulder area of a scarf or outerwear to increase protection against germs. It can be used on toddlers up to 6 months.

5-8 drops will be enough for the bath, but be sure to mix the essential oil with honey, milk, bath oil, salt or foam before adding to the water.
