How to use Japanese laurel essential oil?

Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp. Better to vaporize it during the daytime as it energises and can disturb the night sleep.

You can make a scented indoor spray. Add 50 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of water and put it in a dark bottle with a nozzle. Shake before using.

Put 5 drops into the water before washing the floor. This way your house will be disinfected, cleaned, and will smell nice.

Do not use pure oil on the skin or to the bath. First, mix a few drops with 10 ml of massage or bath oil, cream, bath salt, etc. This bath is particularly suitable for those suffering from increased body sweating. This way you can make a foot bath.

When going outdoors, this essential oil can be applied to outerwear, shoes and hats. It will help to avoid tick and mosquitoes. Moths tend not to like the scent of Japanese laurel. To banish them from your wardrobe, place cotton swabs scented with this oil.

Which other oils go together well?

Japanese laurel essential oil is suitable for use with the following essential oils: lavender, orange, lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, rosemary, tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint, thyme.
