Recommendations for use and storage:
The following recommendations will help to maximize the lifespan of your cookware as well as preserve its original appearance and qualities to make cooking easy and your food incredibly delicious.
— Wash the cookware in warm water with a neutral detergent before first use and dry it.
— Grease the cookware with a small amount of oil and put it on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then rinse it with warm water. Dry and use it for its intended purpose.
— Use nylon, silicone, or wooden kitchen utensils for cooking.
— Always use oven mitts during cooking and for some time afterwards, because the cookware heats up quickly and takes a long time to cool down due to its high thermal conductivity and thick walls.
— Be careful when opening the lid, as it is specially designed to generate hot steam underneath during cooking.
— Do not stack cookware on top of each other for storage, as the coating can deteriorate over time with constant rubbing and due to the heaviness.
— Wait for the cookware to cool before washing it in warm water with a neutral detergent and then dry it.
— If necessary, instead of waiting for the cookware to cool, you can pour warm water over it (50-60 °C) to wash off leftovers. Then wash the cookware in warm water with a neutral detergent and dry it.
— For more intensive cleaning, pour warm water (50-60 °C) with a neutral detergent or baking soda (one tablespoon of baking soda per one liter of water) over the cookware for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it with the non-abrasive side of a sponge or a cloth. Then dry it.
— We recommend using neutral detergents and a delicate mode when washing the cookware. Also, please note that to maintain the original appearance and non-stick properties of the cookware for a long time, hand-washing is the best solution.
